How it works
If at the end of the implementation phase the system doesn't do what we agreed, you have two options:
- We fix it: At no extra cost until it works.
- We refund you: 100% of what you paid for that phase.
Conditions
- Applies to implementation projects with defined scope.
- Scope is defined before we start. In writing.
- You have 14 days after delivery to claim.
- Does not apply if problems are due to changes you made after delivery.
- Does not apply to consulting hours already consumed.
